I’ve often found myself in an awkward position with Winco bulk pizza crust mix, dry yeast and water sitting on my counter top…but not knowing how much of each to add.  This site is dedicated to anybody else in that same position.

On Sunday night (approx. 10:30pm), I had the idea to solve this problem by posting all of the recipes Winco offers with it’s bulk items.  I just so happened to also be shopping at Winco this exact time, so I scurried to grab them all whilst not looking like a weirdo.  While I accomplished getting all of the available recipes, I completely failed at the other part.

Regardless, I have entered all of these recipes onto this site, and they are available for any and everybody to use.  If Winco has a problem with me posting these….suck it.

I would love to see the one for the vegetarian hamburger mix they sell in bulk
I cannot find it and am winging it…not the best way to go at times but what they heck I may come up with something great. Like I added Ms. Dash SouthWest Chipotle seasoning (could only find it at winco by the way) and 1/2 c grated cheese, sauted onions, bell peppers and salt/pepper to taste. Now I do not know if you are to fry them or not but I used the method I use for zuchini burgers…bake them until firm. by the way I used 2 cups of the dry mix and 1/2 c plus a dash to feel of water then added all my goodies…yummy (I hope) any help there?

Sorry I’ve been rather slow on getting these posted. Hopefully this is what you are looking for!
Great modifications, by the way. A little bit of produce always goes farther than I ever expect it to. Yay for life foods!

We bought some cheese mix from winco today & they didnt have a recipe there that we seen. We thought it would save us some money, instead of buying boxes of Mac & Cheese we could make our own. Any ideas on how much to use?

Sette: I found the recipe on line, type in Nature Burger and you should find it….

Stephanie: I wanted the same thing for scalloped potatoes. I purchased a generic box, measured the amount of potatoes and cheese mix then followed the recipe. This might also work for Mac and Cheese. Jo Ann
